I am here as a guide to assist in the return of balance and wholeness that exists within us all. 

I acquired Certificates in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Integrative Health and life coaching, from the South West Inst of Healing Arts  I studied and apprenticed with Holistic Health Mentors since my career began as a massage therapist in 1994

I utilize a holistic approach of modalities for integration of body, mind, emotion and spirit.

We all have inside us the light of our true source and origin of the potential of wholeness.  Divine reverence for an intentional life, is naturally in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Awareness with compassion of the behaviors and beliefs we place in the way of that intrinsic nature, is our journey of wholeness. 
 

My mission is to support all souls growth and evolution, to access power of intuition, and the potential of longevity and self awareness through practical tools and whole mind activation techniques. 

 I have developed resiliency in my own challenges as a mother, a wife, and it is a mindful journey we are all on together. I like to say we are all walking each other home to ourselves. Every moment is a practice of being the co-creators of the harmony and peace we all want to see in our world.  

Hypnotherapy, Reiki, EFT, Matrix Re-Imprinting, and other transpersonal modalities have transformed the way I respond to life's experiences and relationships, and healed the patterns and habits that blocked a life of Self Love and Wholeness.
